We offer technique based camps as opposed to training based camps. At our camps, you'll focus on the mechanics of alignment, allowing each athlete to maximize efficiency.
Camps are great for all level triathletes looking to become more efficient and reduce injury. In addition to techniques for all three sports, time is devoted to having a fast / efficient transition. You don't have to be in top shape to attend our camps either. People of all fitness levels can benefit.
4 Day Camps include over 34 hours of instruction, lectures, transition practice, bike maintenance, video analysis, and more.
